The TIGERS Team Survey for individuals is a free sample for you to experience that gives you an idea of what questions are asked in the full group survey and how your report will look.
The full group survey tabulates all your team members’ responses and gives you valuable team opinion information for strategic team planning purposes. Each participating team member’s responses are private so everyone can be candid and truthful.
Likewise, when you purchase a group report, you will be given a code so that you can run an additional report in six months to a year after you have had the opportunity to improve your team’s collaborative performance. This second report compares your first and second survey sequence and shows you the progress you have made.
