The TIGERS 6 Principles (Trust, Interdependence, Genuineness, Epathy, Risk and Success) have been proven through two independent research studies to accurately predict group behavior and prescribe remedies for leadership and group dynamics.

The TIGERS 6 Principles are all synergistic to each other. A positive increases in any of the 6 Principles creates a multiplying effect. When you make adjustments to one principle you can see a greater overall outcome than the effort you put into the one principle. This helps you do more with less.

Correlation means the improvement in one will increase one or more of the others. Our research has shown that Interdependence and Success are highly correlated with all the other principles. So, if you make an improvement in Interdependence (collaboration), you may have an increase in all of the principles.
