Session one: TIGERS Team Wheel™ facilitation guidelines and procedures.

Session two: Facilitating the TIGERS Team Wheel

We will go into detail on how to facilitate the award-winning TIGERS Team Wheel game repeatedly in your organization to teach behaviors that build strong teams and behaviors that damage cooperation and trust in the organization. Then we will show you how to debrief the learning experience so that employees are emotionally engaged to champion positive changes in workforce behavior.

Session three: Facilitating Team Consensus

Course two covers how to facilitate teams to achieve consensus for your various projects and initiatives. You will be given the process and tools to use when facilitating one-day or two-day consensus workshops to improve your team process or when mitigating difficult team issues.
