Dianne Crampton is the architect of the TIGERS 6 Principles™—a behavior-based system that empowers leaders to build trust, align teams, and sustain high-performance cultures.

What began as a response to fractured workplaces and disengaged teams evolved into a scalable framework grounded in six core behaviors: Trust, Interdependence, Genuineness, Empathy, Risk Resolution, and Success. These principles are measurable, teachable, and adaptable—designed to help organizations replace quick fixes and outdated leadership models with lasting transformation.
