TIGERS® created a 57-question survey that measured each of the six principles as it relates to the other five for effective company team building. This survey was then subjected to validation testing by assessing 17 real corporate teams over an 18 month period.
Following this initial validation testing, we condensed the survey to 30 questions and assessed 15 different teams over an additional 24 months. The results of this extensive testing showed us that not only can these six principles be measured by organizations but they also reveal the current status of a team and predict future team behavior. Three Surveys, One Goal
The first survey acts as a baseline. You will find the areas in which your team performs strongest and areas that need work. The easy-to-understand progress report offers corrective suggestions for team improvement. Think of it as a roadmap to more productive teamwork.
After six months to a year you can use your second survey to track your progress and assess the return on your company team building investment. A second progress report compares your team’s improvement against the baseline and shows the next developmental steps to take. A third survey again compares your team’s progress so teams resolve any lingering problems and enjoy success.
